Erin comes to KEE Wellness Collective inspired by the power of collaboration. A life-long lover of learning, Erin is continually inspired by the professionals represented here, their inherent gifts of knowledge , and the art they bring to client care and outcomes.
Erin’s educational history includes a Pre-Med degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio as well as a Masters and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s Feinburg School of Medicine. More recently Erin pursued her Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching and is proud to be supporting US Corporate Wellness as a health and wellness coach to clients around the country and is accepting private clients within her practice in Colorado. Her commitment to continuing education is second to none, she is constantly curious and loves exploring the motivation for change that lies within each client she serves. The collaboration in this therapeutic process is a gift to Erin as she gets to witness her clients develop strategies to change their behavior and enhance their holistic wellness in a way that is personally meaningful and self-directed.
For almost 20 years, Erin has provided pediatric physical therapy and wellness services as part of a multi-disciplinary team at Sewall Child Development Center and more recently her beloved company, Compass Developmental Consultants. She enjoys assessing and discerning relevant details of a child, adolescent, adult and family’s health and wellness while gently guiding them toward their best selves.
Erin is dedicated to the client directed approach that allows those she serves to find the motivation and self-efficacy in themselves that then leads to positive and consistent cognitive behavioral change in all areas of health and wellness. She loves helping families with sleep habits being a firm believer in the power of sleep. She also has a passion for supporting families in establishing positive relationships with food, resiliency through stress, and family media planning and distancing.
Erin’s greatest delights include being a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. The hearts of her family and pups Jack, Dianne and Mister Shep inspire her daily. Her favorite things include being outside in Colorado, reading, and trying to garden.
