I received my yoga certification in 2013 through Holy Yoga, which is a faith-based yoga certification program. Since that time, I have loved having a consistent teaching practice through my organization- Living Hope Yoga. My classes are mainly taught at Greenwood Community Church in Greenwood Village, CO. Living Hope Yoga focuses on the physical benefits of yoga while offering an opportunity to connect with Christ through scripture and contemporary Christian music. Living Hope Yoga is designed for believers, seekers and non-believers alike to discover and enjoy the healthy, peaceful, and joy-filled life that can come from yoga and with God. I have received additional certifications in Yin and Chair Yoga since my original training. I offer private classes and am available for special occasion yoga classes with your organization. I also teach classes through the South Suburban Recreation Center. All in person classes are on hold until restrictions can be lifted. I offer online and zoom classes. I’m a happy wife to Dave and mom of two.
