Excited to share with you the Second Mixed Level and Style Yoga Course. This Course is great for the avid practitioner and provides a practice for whatever energy level you are experiencing and for whatever time of the day you are seeking a yoga practice. This course offers a variety of levels, styles and time duration classes as well as some new educational videos for breathing techniques and more.

5 Education Videos (Chaturanga Tips, Staying Safe in Your Yoga Practice, Breathing Techniques, Intro to Yin Yoga, etc.)

1 30 Minute Level 3 Power Class

1 60 Minute Level 3 Power Class

1 Vinyasa Level ⅔ Class

5 Vinyasa Level 2 Classes

3 Gentle Yoga Classes

2 Yin Yoga Class

1 60 Minute Hot Yoga Sequence
