Erin loves blending her love and training within the movement practices of yoga, pilates and essentrics with her profession of physical therapy and wellness coaching through Movement Lab! Movement Lab is a jam packed blend of yoga, pilates, barre, and essentrics set to a fun music set (obviously when we can be live the audio is so much better =>) and choreography that is purposeful to create change in your body’s musculoskeletal and metabolic system! The workout is low impact, moves in and out of moderate “fat burning” heart rate zones, and uses minimal equipment.
